Mapping with Max
Max offer affordable and comprehensive Temperature mapping services, suitable for use in pharmaceutical, food and HVAC applications. Our temperature mapping services are tailored to meet your budget, demands and requirements, from low cost rental, to affordable engineer deployed and collected services, all of which utilize accurate and calibrated datalogging test equipment.
Our expertise extends to the temperature mapping of warehouses where regulations have been put in place to ensure warehouses storing pharmaceutical products are "Mapped" and "Monitored". The purpose of mapping is to identify hot and cold spots, to know how the internal temperature is effected by climatic changes and to better manage the storage of your product. This should be conducted once in the summer and once in the winter.
Our engineers will work in conjunction with you to arrive at the appropriate number of dataloggers required, their positioning and the length of time they should be left to conduct your temperature mapping exercise.
The Authorities require that readings of minimum and maximum are recorded at least hourly. This can be carried out manually. However, with electronic dataloggers, a full picture can be produced without the need to remember to take the readings, downloaded information can automatically calculate min/max values, averages, means, MKT, as well as standard deviation, If needed, a product life versus temperature calculation could be performed in the software.
This mapping exercise ensures compliance as well as enabling proper use of the warehouse and a fuller understanding of products effected by temperatures.
Our Temperature mapping services are equally applicable to owners of cold stores, fridges, freezers (including -80), stability cabinets and autoclaves.
Where there is a demand to validate temperature or humidity conditions, Max will be able offer you a competitive if not unbeatable offer which will incorporate a comprehensive report.
