The AquaTuff™ 35232-N series with 55032-N DuraNeedle Wrap&Stow™ probe is the right choice when accuracy is your top priority. Total System Accuracy™ ensures this instrument and probe combination will provide high accuracy with temperature monitoring. This instrument/probe system delivers a TRUE ±0.9F° accuracy and probes can be replaced in the field without the need for recalibration. The heavy-duty patented probe cable is reinforced with Kevlar® and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument.

DuraNeedle probes are best used for dense meats. They also work well with soft foods and liquids.
